The Training And Education Department
is a creative arm of Family Service Association dedicated to developing
up-to-date and specialized workshops and conferences for mental health professionals.
Our goal is to enhance and improve the quality of treatment services delivered to consumers/clients.
Each of the five divisions of the Training and Education Department have been developed to maximize the focus on specific services for each particular targeted audience. |

Multicultural Competence
Training Center (MHCCC)
Provides Mental Health agencies and practitioners with subjects relating to Ethnic Sensitivity and the delivery of Culturally Competent Services. |

Board And Care
Provides Board and Care operators with a series of training subjects to assure compliance for licensing. |

South Jersey
Training Institute (SJTI)
Provides organizational development training. |

Professional Advisory
Consortium (PAC)
Provides Social Work Professionals with topics relative to the Mental Health Industry. |

In-House
Training Department
Provides FSA staff with social work related topics for enrichments and license compliance. |
There are no fees for
FSA trainings unless otherwise stated.
Continuing Education Credits
are approved for MHCCC courses.
